Mum & Baby Yoga
Our Mum & Baby Yoga classes are a special weekly gathering designed to support your baby’s development while giving you the chance to bond, relax, and connect with other mums. Each session is designed to support baby development and nurture your connection with each other.
5-Week Baby Massage Course
This nurturing 5-week baby massage course in Nicosia is designed for parents and caregivers of babies aged 6 weeks to 4 months. Led by Emma Michael, an experienced shiatsu therapist, yoga teacher, and certified baby massage instructor, the course offers a calm, supportive space to learn the art of baby massage, while deepening your connection with your little one.
Yoga Therapy
Emma offers Yoga Therapy for specific conditions on a one-to-one basis. As a trainee yoga therapist, she works at the intersection of yoga therapy, mindfulness, neurophysiology, psychotherapeutic principles, and evidence-based practice.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a form of ‘active relaxation’ which involves the artful use of yoga props to create supported, therapeutic variations of the classical yoga postures. It helps to balance our nervous system, bring it back to a point of equilibrium and our body-mind to optimum health and vitality.
